Saturday July 14th, 6pm.
Slow Food Nations Dinner at Cure Farm.

Join several Slow Food dignitaries and local culinary guru Peggy Markel for an evening on Cure Farm, featuring the finest summer ingredients from close to home.  With Slow Food Nations in Denver, it seemed an amazing opportunity to offer something on the fields that we all get to call home, bringing people out of the city and into the heart of Boulder County’s agricultural scene.  Anne and Paul Cure will be hosting us, with a tour of the farm, sharing insight into farming in Colorado, and how they have built their farm through relationships and grit.  Limited to 35 guests, this evening will fill quickly.   $120 Per Person. View our MENU.  Click HERE to purchase tickets.  Wine Pairings Available HERE

Thursday July 19th. 6:30pm.
Nate Ready with Hiyu Wines and Smockshop Band at Cure Farm.

Nate Ready, MS, former Frasca Sommelier, Meadowlark Farm Dinners co-Founder, and now winemaker at Hiyu Wines and Smockshop Band in Hood River Oregon will join us for an intimate, wine focused evening on the farm where he first launched Meadowlark  years ago.  Nate’s wines are some of the most exciting and thought provoking wines in the United States, all naturally produced, with a nod to the old world and some of the age old winemaking techniques often lost these days.  This evening will be focused on paired wine and food courses, highlighting his wines, and the bounty of summer in Boulder County.  We’ll be offering pre-sale pricing on all of the wines, most in quite limited quantities, and can’t wait to share an evening with somebody we consider one of the most inspired minds in the world of wine.  Please click HERE to request a reservation.  Extremely limited. Saturday July 21st 6PM.
Ribs ’n Rosé with Lorenza Wines at Oxford Gardens.

What could be better! This evening came together in the most organic of ways.  Peter and Gail of Oxford Gardens provide us with our organic greens and beautiful produce year round, and Mindy of Lorenza, a Boulder Native, supplies us with what you could consider our House rosé at Cured.  We’ll be sharing a summer evening together, celebrating BBQ and Rose, a pairing beyond perfect.  Learn a bit about farming in Boulder County, as well as learning about Mindy and her daughter Michelle’s rosé project, something that has grown from a playful idea into one of America’s finest bottles of pink wine.  We couldn’t be more excited to create a menu highlighting all things fun, and look forward to seeing you all there!  $120 Per Person. View our MENU. Sign up via Oxford Gardens HERE . Wine must be purchased separately.  Please Pre-Order your Wines HERE

Wednesday September the 19th, 6pm.  4th Annual Farmette Dinner with special guest Herb Eckhouse from La Quercia Meats

It’s our 4the year with Betsy and Mike at the Farmette and we’re thrilled to take things up a notch with special guest Herb Eckhouse, founder of La Quercia Meats.  Ever wondered what brilliant mind was behind the Prosciutto Americano we champion at Cured? Herb is your man.  Herb and his wife Kathy started a second career in the world of food championing Iowa hogs with the believe that they could be just as remarkable, if not more so, than the traditional pigs of Parma in Italy….and thank goodness they did!   Herb will be joining us on the farm to talk all things prosciutto, as well as supplying some of the amazing prosciutto that we’ll be featuring throughout the meal, of course.  Start your night with the traditional farm tour, cocktail in hand, and linger under the string lights as night falls.  This event always sells out – reserve early through the Farmette website HERE.  Wines that Will selects to pair with the meal will be sold at the farm benefitting our friends at Growing Gardens in Boulder.

Saturday September 29th, 6:30pm.  Cure Farm Heirloom Harvest Fest.

We’ll once again be out at Cure Farm, celebrating the bounty that fall in Colorado has to offer.  The most bountiful time of the year promises riches for our culinary team, and any excuse we have to share an evening with Anne and Paul, walking the farm with a glass of wine in hand, is one we simply can’t not take advantage of.  $100 per person. Purchase your tickets HERE.  Pre-order your wines HERE
