Every first and third Friday of the month, Cured’s Culinary Wizard, Rebecca Sosvielle, schemes up a tasting menu to rival anything you’ll find out on the town. She packs-up the entire meal, so it’s ready for you to pick-up at 5:30, on your way home from work. Prices and menus change depending on what is seasonal and delicious. As with all of our take-out meals, reservations are suggested!
July 1: Roast Lamb $56 for two.
Enjoy a local Colorado Roast Leg of Lamb Stuffed With Garlic Confit, Lemon and Mint. A Purslane and Lentil Salad with Chèvre and Warm Bacon Vinaigrette and a Generous Slice of Garrotxa Cheese are served along side, and a Summer Carrot Cake with Nasturtium Cream Cheese finishes it off!
July 15: Ratatouille $57 for two.
Our chefs are whipping up a classic French Ratatouille, complete with local Farmers Market veggies. Enjoy alongside a Green Tomato Frittata, a baguette, a Chilled Farro Salad with Shaved Celery, Dill, Walnuts and Yogurt, and a Nectarine Gazpacho. Local Sweet Corn Flan rounds out your meal!
July 29: Fresh Maine Lobsters!
Will’s uncle happens to be best friends with a lobster fisherman on the coast of Maine so we’re overnighting in a special batch of live Maine lobsters for your summer grilling enjoyment!
