Each and every Wednesday, Cured’s Chefs come in early and whip up a fresh batch of hand-rolled pasta. Using the best flour and Cure Farm’s fresh eggs, even the simplest parpadelle is mouthwateringly delicious. Quantity is limited and pasta is released on a first-come first-served basis, with reservations taken in advance.
