4th Annual Farmette Dinner with special guest Herb Eckhouse from La Quercia.

Wednesday September the 19th, 6pm. 

It’s our 4the year with Betsy and Mike at the Farmette and we’re thrilled to take things up a notch with special guest Herb Eckhouse, founder of La Quercia Meats.  Ever wondered what brilliant mind was behind the Prosciutto Americano we champion at Cured? Herb is your man.  Herb and his wife Kathy started a second career in the world of food championing Iowa hogs with the believe that they could be just as remarkable, if not more so, than the traditional pigs of Parma in Italy….and thank goodness they did!   Herb will be joining us on the farm to talk all things prosciutto, as well as supplying some of the amazing prosciutto that we’ll be featuring throughout the meal, of course.  Start your night with the traditional farm tour, cocktail in hand, and linger under the string lights as night falls.  This event always sells out – reserve early through the Farmette website HERE.  Wines that Will selects to pair with the meal will be sold at the farm benefitting our friends at Growing Gardens in Boulder.
